Chapter 7 but owns a corporation

A client wants to file for ch 7. He has no assets, very little income and would normally be a very simple ch 7 case. He does own a corporation. The corporation generates around $600,000 in revenue but only nets $30,000 at the end of the year. I reviewed the personal and business tax returns just to make sure this is the case. The corporation only has a few trucks which are leased, one that he owns. He does not want to file ch 7 for the company, although he is considering it.
