Disabled vet filing bankruptcy

My client was working for the Pentagon up until 2009. He is a disabled veteran. He was working for the transportation section at the Pentagon providing security for Congress. He mentioned that his job involved Homeland security. so long as he’s at least 40% disabled and the debt you’re trying to get rid of was incurred while he was on active duty, he should be able to qualify for the disabled vet exclusion.
