From what I have read, some jurisdictions ask for new numbers at the time of conversion. For means test purposes that is wrong. Schedule I & J numbers, on the other hand, are viewed at the time of conversion. In the Dallas bankruptcy court, when converting the courts want a new means test and new I & J.
