The UCC requires full payment plus reasonable storage and repossession fees. I filed a Chapter 13 and fought to get the car back. It took an AP and almost got to trial before settling. Redemption is a tough thing, especially after repossession. Then there is the question of whether your jurisdiction follows In re Young or In re Knaus (does the debtor have to prove adequate protection OR must the creditor take action to object) If debtor will have the cash, or has a redemption loan lined up, file the motion to redeem at the same time as the motion for turnover, or as close as you can.
