I have a 13 for a Doctor that had $150,000 in alleged overcharges to Medicare. Pioneer Credit Recovery was the collection agent trying to collect. The alleged debt is 4 years old and there has been no adjudication of fraud. I filed the 13 on Jan 12th, 2009. Pioneer called my office several times, but when I called them back I sat on hold for several minutes and then was given voice mail. After about a week of phone tag, Pioneer called my clients and said I would not call them back and they were just going to call the client. I filed a Motion for Sanctions and served them by certified mail.
